Teamworks
TEAMWORKS is an after-school enrichment program open to all 3rd–5th grade students in SRVUSD elementary schools. The program pairs high school mentors with teams of elementary students eager to explore team-based activities in STEAM, Business Simulations, and/or Civic Engagement.
Guided by credentialed teachers from Dougherty Valley High School, California High School, and members of the Destination Imagination Regional Operations Committee, mentors help students build essential teamwork skills while tackling real-world problem-solving across diverse fields.
Over six dynamic sessions, students will take on 20 engaging challenges and team-building activities—learning to collaborate effectively, think strategically, and discover their unique strengths under the guidance of passionate high school mentors.
