Creative Writing and Design for Incoming 3rd – 5th Graders

Program Details:

• Class Time: 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. with a break for snack
• Class Dates: Tuesday (6/20/2023) through Friday (6/23/2023)
• Location: Pine Valley Middle School
• Grades: Incoming 3rd – 5th grade students
• Instructor: Jill Wharton, Dougherty Valley HS English Teacher

Description:

Students will work on various creative writing projects incorporating music, short films, reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. Students will design their own books and will collaborate on other writing projects such as making comic strip panels, and creating stories to books with no words. Produce your very own book with your favorite creations!
