Intro to Computer Graphic Arts for Incoming 6th – 9th Graders

Program Details:

• Class Time: 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. with a break for snack
• Class Dates: Monday (6/12/2023) through Friday (6/16/2023)
• Location: Pine Valley Middle School
• Grades: Incoming 6th – 9th grade students

Description:

Students will begin to explore the Photoshop interface. They will be introduced to many of the tools, and techniques we will be using in class. Students will be given an opportunity to ‘play’ with the various groups of tools as they are introduced and given a chance to explore some of the tools more in-depth through a series of exercises and projects. This course will help students to explore various areas in design and visual arts and allow them to develop their creative and artistic talents.
